Our longstanding relationships with our investors, managers, sell side and buy side contacts provide us with an abundance of regular manager and deal flow which we research extensively to determine market opportunity, return potential, management team pedigree, risk and operational management, investor base and track record among many other metrics. We are looking for managers with a unique edge in a timely opportunity. Oftentimes, our managers are able to generate outsized returns because they are smaller and nimbler than their larger counterparts and able to take advantage of the resulting market inefficiencies.
We may invest alongside our investors in these opportunities and thus are aligned with “skin in the game.”
Value Add Process
Facilitation of introductory calls and meetings to closing with ongoing communication and service between manager and investor.
We work closely with our investors attempting to identify strategies they are looking to gain exposure to as well as aid our selected managers in the marketing/capital introduction process including providing outsourced investor relations and/or assisting internal IR in developing and executing marketing plans, materials and ongoing investor communications.
